I must say, Mr. Chevist Mitchell is a great sales person. He was very patient with us, explaining every detail of the EQE model that we test drove with him. We wanted to drive all Mercedes EV SUV models (EQE and EQS) and also a Plugin version to make the most appropriate decision for our family. Mr. Mitchell had no hesitation or reluctancy (unlike other sales persons at other dealerships that we had experienced) in getting us to test drive all 3 models that we asked for. That itself told us how caring and accommodating that he is for your customer needs. However, at the end of the 2nd car of test driving, my wife and I made a decision to go with the EQE model, so we did not even have to drive the Plugin version. He is a great sales person. Also, all other employees at this Silver Spring dealership was very helpful and friendly. Thank you! More

A week ago today I met with Chevist Mitchell to see if I wanted to upgrade my car to the 2026 version. I actually chose Chevist from the dealership website based on his great reviews. I was not disappointed wanted to upgrade my car to the 2026 version. I actually chose Chevist from the dealership website based on his great reviews. I was not disappointed when I met him last Friday. He went above and beyond to help me find the car I wanted so I wouldn’t have to order it. The new car arrived from another state and I met with Chevist today to trade in my 2022 and purchase the 2026 GLC300. The entire process working with Chevist went smoothly. He helped me set up everything on my new car and showed me how to use the new features that weren’t on my older car. I highly recommend working with Chevist Mitchell if you are buying a car. More
