Mr. Ptak’s genuineness, knowledge, and passion for the work are clearly evident in his ability to engage in solution focused practices; identify and utilize opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and service delivery practices at Silver Spring. Needless to say he definitely made up for the less than exemplar experience I had previously with others; and for that I am most appreciative.
