I knew I wanted a hybrid and was deciding between Toyota and Honda. I went on the Honda Civic based on the look and Honda having a reputation as a reliable vehicle. I’ll be honest that I didn’t shop this around and went directly to Sierra Honda because of your sales rep Brandon Cisneros. He was highly recommended. My sales negotiation was strictly via cellphone and this was an easy process for me. I was impressed with my purchase but more satisfied with Brandon’s patience and vehicle knowledge. I have never had a more professional or pleasant experience than I had with Karen Goodwin at Sierra Honda. She and the dealership were courteous, informative and efficient through the whole process experience than I had with Karen Goodwin at Sierra Honda. She and the dealership were courteous, informative and efficient through the whole process of our buying a new car for our daughter. For the first time in 40 years, we did not have the long wait time tactics that most car dealerships employ, so we are very appreciative of Karen and Sierra Honda for the respect they extended to us. We shall return to Sierra Honda and Karen for our n cut vehicle. I hope Karen will be there but it wouldn’t surprise us if she gets ‘snapped up’ by another dealership as she is brilliant! More
