My experience with Chad was seamless. I dropped off my truck the night before for an early morning appointment the next day. When I dropped off my car, everything was good, but I never received an update like I normally do about them. I’m working on the car when they pull it in. I never got an update of when it was done. Chad was diligent to communicate and get the vehicle fixed ahead of schedule. Chad was not the problem; he was the solution. Advantage did their own vehicle inspection and somehow missed the front sus fixed ahead of schedule. Chad was not the problem; he was the solution. Advantage did their own vehicle inspection and somehow missed the front suspension springs not being properly seated in their respective housings, creating a deadly ride. When it was pointed out to them 60+ days after purchase, and upon discovery by a Walmart Auto Technician, they took ownership of the error to fix the issue. I'll give them that. Lesson learned: don't assume any major reputable dealership inspected and fixed the obvious before sale. More
