Most car purchasing experiences are filled with poor communication, sales people not listening to the customers and overall stressful. However, the team at Toyota of Des Moines takes a completely di communication, sales people not listening to the customers and overall stressful. However, the team at Toyota of Des Moines takes a completely different approach to the car buying experience. Shane immediately ask about my needs, desires and requirements for a potential purchase. He listened to my feedback and made the experience a delight. We came to a very fair agreement between us in short amount of time and the decision was made to execute on the deal. I would say this experience has been by far my best when purchasing as vehicle and highly recommend Shane and the Toyota of Des Moines team to anyone looking to make their next vehicle purchase. More

We just stopped in to look for a used van and Todd showed us the Van we purchased and we test drove it and after going out to eat and talking it over went back and traded vehicles. At no time did Todd pressu us the Van we purchased and we test drove it and after going out to eat and talking it over went back and traded vehicles. At no time did Todd pressure us, which is what we prefer. He was very educated on the van we purchased and we love it. Will shop with y’all in the future. More
