I am dissatisfied because I have reached out several times to Colt regarding him obtaining the service record regarding the poor brakes that are currently on my vehicle that he promised to look into and times to Colt regarding him obtaining the service record regarding the poor brakes that are currently on my vehicle that he promised to look into and I have gotten no responses. Had an excellent experience with Darrin from the first time we stepped in the door. We knew which vehicle we were interested in, and he quickly got the vehicle pulled up front for us to test drive. A few time we stepped in the door. We knew which vehicle we were interested in, and he quickly got the vehicle pulled up front for us to test drive. A few days went by while we looked at other dealerships, but we ended up coming back to Darrin for the vehicle we initially test drove with him. He had made the process very easy by gathering info from us via text a few days before we closed on the sale. Buying a vehicle with Darrin and Heiser Toyota was easy and painless. The team there is friendly, down to Earth, and will treat you right. Highly recommend Darrin and Heiser Toyota for your next new or used car purchase. More
