After a test drive, Chad let us take a vehicle overnight so we could get a better feel for how it drove. That did it for us. Having a car overnight allowed us to test the lights, feel the experience of its power and see how the car would fit into our daily life, really helped make our decision. More

This is my third Mini Cooper and I iwanted a four door so I could take my granddaughters to places and not have to borrow my daughter's large SUV. Everyone at Otto's Mini was great! Everyone made us feel like we were the only ones they cared about at that moment. After each drive, he'd ask me a few questions and then give me another car, telling me what to pay attention to and what to know would be different. Once I found the perfect combination, he matched us up with Michael, who was an enthusiast, a lot of fun to do business with, and incredibly knowledgeable. Michael always kept us informed and was available whenever we needed. We also spent some time with Anthony, in parts, who helped us customize our MINI and make it even more special. His follow-through and attention to detail were second to none. More
