I will start with the obligatory "I'd give this place zero stars if I could". I would. The sunroof on our Mini broke and was stuck open. We brought it to Otto's to fix it. To start, they wouldn't give us zero stars if I could". I would. The sunroof on our Mini broke and was stuck open. We brought it to Otto's to fix it. To start, they wouldn't give us a loaner car, but they also wouldn't let my husband stay in the waiting room and wait for the car! They have a beautiful waiting room, they told him no, you can't stay here. They paid for an Uber to take him home (and then later back to the dealer)!! I've never heard of anybody else doing that ever. This should have been our first hint that they were going to try to fleece us. That they'd rather pay for an Uber 30 minutes each way than to let him sit in their waiting room- that has desks, coffee, and merch. But I digress. I'll start with the estimate for the sunroof. We clicked on the text estimate and it said about $1300. Yikes but ok. When we clicked on it again later, the estimate now said about $2600. Someone went in and just DOUBLED the estimate! Without giving us the courtesy of a call or explanation. When challenged on it, they said that whoever put the estimate in estimated too low and they'd "work with us" on the price since we already saw $1300. Sorry not our problem. Eventually we got them down to $1800 but this was $500 higher than the original estimate. We were sorta stuck with them since literally nobody else will fix the sunroof on a Mini Cooper. I think they knew that. Later on when we checked our invoice after paying, we noted that they just charged us a flat rate for labor. "Labor: $1410". They didn't say how many hours, hourly rate, how many techs, etc. They just pulled some price out of thin air. Along with the estimate for the sunroof, they put in about 4 additional "critical" repair items that needed to be addressed immediately. One of which was the engine mount. They basically made it sound like the engine was going to fall out of the car if we didn't pay them like $1500 to fix this immediately. We had them fix the sunroof only and took the car to our local mechanic to inspect for these "cRiTiCaL" tasks. Since they inspected our car like a month ago and it passed. Turns out NONE of these "cRiTiCaL" items were that critical. They were vastly exaggerated by these clowns in order to pick our pockets. In closing, you are probably better off driving your car off of a cliff than you are taking it to Otto's Mini of West Chester for repairs. It'll cost you less. Kevin and his staff TOTALLY exceeded my expectations with the service they provided. The purpose of my visit was to replace turn signal bulbs, but other things I didn't even know needed attention were also a the service they provided. I was in and out of there in no time flat which included a friendly chat with Pete... always a pleasure! More

Great Service Recently had the occasion to vivit Otto Mini for the annual inspection and regular maintenance. Made my appointment on line with ease. Arrived a few m Recently had the occasion to vivit Otto Mini for the annual inspection and regular maintenance. Made my appointment on line with ease. Arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time but was greeting, nonetheless, very cordially. The check in process was a breeze. I waited at the dealership for the work to be done. There were several seating options including task stations with internet connection, power supply and even snacks and coffee. My car was finished within a reasonable amount of time. When the bill was presented there were no surprises. I am ahappy camper.... with any luck I wont see them again for another year. More

My first visit for MINI service. Excellent experience. Melissa took the time to show me the waiting areas for BMW and MINI. I waited in the MINI area. First time there since the new showroom opened. Saw my salesman Michael Dixon who checkup on our MINI Clubman. Will continue to be back for service. Also my car was washed in the outside. Also the crossbars I ordered were there just like the Parts Dept promised. More
