The recall repair work was quick and easy. My only issue was trying to schedule the repair. My wife called to schedule an appointment at least 3 times, left a message, and never got a return c My only issue was trying to schedule the repair. Then, I had to call and find out if the part had been delivered. Good service, poor communication. More

Working with Mark Christopher Cadillac has made buying a vehicle a wonderful experience. The XT4 was ready for it's first oil change but with our busy schedule, it was going to be hard to get the car over d vehicle a wonderful experience.
