First of all, Flemington BMW is a beautiful, well laid out, clean dealership in a great location. We met Kursad at the front and instantly knew he was the right person to do business with. Professional, honest, friendly, and ultra helpful, he had us test drive two different CPO vehicles that we were interested in and also had us take a look at several of those same models in different colors. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured to make the deal. We wound up deciding on a BMW 330x drive and we negotiated both a fair price on the purchase, and on our trade-in. Kursad was willing to work with us, and in turn, we purchased a vehicle from him and cannot be happier. Catherine Ferry, the Business Manager was also wonderful to work with. She was honest, friendly, and gave us all the options in plain English and we appreciated that. I am highly particular and demanding with what I wanted and ended up visiting Kursad numerous times before deciding to order a vehicle from the factory. Once again, Kursad knew every aspect of the process and actually made it enjoyable! His estimate of the delivery timeframe was perfect. He personally oversaw the delivery and sent me pics.
