My experience was great at Flemington BMW and with my salesperson Savitri Persuad as well as other personnel I interacted with. Flemington BMW is not actually close to being the nearest BMW dealership to salesperson Savitri Persuad as well as other personnel I interacted with. Flemington BMW is not actually close to being the nearest BMW dealership to me, so the fact I dealt with them attests to the fact they seem to stand apart from others, particularly in how they deal with customers and what I perceived to be fair pricing. Savitiri was particularly patient with me, allowing me to feel comfortable throughout the process and effectively winning me over by not trying the hard sell approach. In addition she went the extra mile in locating a 530xi model with the specific options that were important to me and following up on all my questions.
