The sales person went through my glove box to find out how much I paid for my jeep. Very dishonest sales person. Said he was looking for the vin #, which is on the dash. Crooked people there. Kobe is a very competent service advisor. He is very prompt when getting my estimate together for repairs. I didn't have an appointment and was quoted 2 days or 48 hours for diagnostics. I thought I was not going to hear anything for quite a while, but they got back to me next day with a solution for the concern I was having. Repair was a little pricey but what isn't these days? 10/10 will be going back again for future service and referring to my friends and family! More
