Worst place to buy a car ever. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Let me share my experience in detail so you can understand just how TERRIBLE it was. I purchased a Pre-Owned car from Corwin Toyota Boulder on October 15, 2024. I only got the car on October 16, and by October 18, it was already showing mechanical issues. Here’s the timeline of events regarding my experience with their service department: First visit (October 22-24, 2024) – The car had overheating issues. Some parts of the cooling system were replaced, but the issue persisted. Second visit (October 28-31, 2024) – The oil warning light turned on. At this point, I suggested exchanging the vehicle or canceling the purchase, as I had lost confidence in the car’s reliability. However, the manager insisted I leave the car with them again, guaranteeing that this time they would definitively fix the problem. Despite further repairs, the issue was not resolved. Third visit (November 2, 2024 - January 4, 2025) – The check engine light came on again. The dealership kept the car for 64 days, performing extensive repairs, including work on the cooling system and head gaskets. However, the problem was still not resolved. Three weeks after getting the car back, the same issues returned. At that point, I decided to take it to another dealership, where, in just one day, they diagnosed that the car needed a new engine, a repair that costs more than the vehicle itself. Throughout this process, the treatment I received from the managers was highly unprofessional and dismissive. From the beginning, the service manager downplayed my concerns, insisting that the problems were not serious, despite clear indications to the contrary. During my last visit, the sales manager made me wait a long time, showed no priority for my case, and completely disregarded the documents I brought. Now, a new manager is handling my case via email but is responding with sarcasm, even stating, "We don’t have a crystal ball" to predict mechanical failures—an inappropriate response given the circumstances. Now, I am still paying for a car I cannot use, while the dealership refuses to take responsibility for selling a vehicle with a latent defect. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I strongly advise AGAINST it. My experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and costly. I hope my review helps others avoid the same situation. I'm still trying to request the cancellation of the purchase, I hope that at least they do this to make up for all the time I've already lost, all the money, and all the stress. I also left this review on Google, and they responded by asking me to call a phone number that does not exist! More
