2015 cherokee they did a fuel system service and now my fuel mileage is down from 18-20 to 14max. They say that is acceptable and will not do anything about it. Ya k logre hablar con el manager trajo a un mecánico para k chequeara el carro el me canico. y dijo k lo avían quebrado al cambiar las baterías k el k lo había echo lo había echó alo pendejeo. Fuero. Sus palabras k para esto me trajera el carro y luego ellos me llamaban cuando la pieza les llegara porque iban a. a cambiar el fender k era lo k avían quebrado y esa pieza venia en negro y tenía k pintarlo y quedara igual k el resto del carro pues me vine y fue una batalla de tres meses llamando porque cada k llamaba me decían k la pieza todavía no aparecía en el sistema k no la avían ordenado ya porfía en una llamada k les ise me dijeron k llevara el carro lo lleve el jueves y me lo entregaron el viernes 27 de septiembre 2024 por la tarde cuando me lo e tregan boy aver el trabajo k le isieron pues la pintura muy mala calidad llena de poros todo el fender pido hablar con boster y k lla se avia ido antes de salir del diler. tomo un video como prueba me doy cuenta k era el fender. Viejo k no se lo cambiaron nadamas lo sobre pintaron porque el fender viejo K traía el carro traía una descarapelada abajo en la esquina y me en entregan el. Carro con esa misma descarapelada o despistado. No recomiendo k lleven sus carros al servicio alli. More
By far the worst customer experience I have ever had buying a car. Bought a car and drive it home with having 1 thing on a due bill. Called them during the whole 2 weeks of owning the vehicle to ask abo buying a car. Bought a car and drive it home with having 1 thing on a due bill. Called them during the whole 2 weeks of owning the vehicle to ask about when to bring it back and no one ever called me back after being told they would. After that I finally get a call thinking it was for that but to my surprise it was to tell me they couldn’t honor the deal I signed for which led to me having to return the vehicle to them. No after that and requesting my down payment back to be told I will get my check overnighted with a tracking #. That was 3 days ago now and still no check, no call with the tracking #. WORST DEALER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. More
They are horrible I bought a little used car for graduating daughter. They charged all these add-ons said we had to have them or else I didn’t have the car me not thinking till I got home I didn’t n graduating daughter. LoJack,paint, winshield,all that stuff Went back was told they couldn’t take them off. They were already put on the car and that’s the way they sell their cars so when I questioned it, they said if we didn’t get it, they don’t sell you their vehicles.!!!! Finally got help from Josh Story He took some of them off, refused to take off the LoJack and the paint protection because they’ve already put it in long story short. I had a broken Key Fob I went to had gotten it fixed. Find out my loJack wasn’t even put in the vehicle so they took it to the back….. ask them at that point since it’s not in there give me my money back they made me sit in the lobby for over an hour. Nobody ever helped me gave me my key walked away. I’ve emailed Josh several times to let him know that Jack can’t even still find my LoJack. I paid $700 for something that’s not working so now he’s ignoring my emails and I cannot find a phone number to anyone else to make my complaint so now what who do I get in contact with the Better Business Bureau because as I’m reading all they do is lie at that place More
I would give this place zero star if it was available. Puente Hills Chrysler is the worst dealer I have ever visited. Its manager Robert is such a rude person. Don't understand why in this world a business like this one can survive. I had a harness issue and had them to fix it. The technician shorted my battery and the manager did whatever he can to avoid taking any responsibility. Walk away from this place!!! By the way DO NOT BUY JEEP. The company is a scammer! The cars are just piece of garbage! Lots of issues with its engine, engine valve, steering pump, fore head "A" arm. DO NOT BUY JEEP!!! More
Did homework and visited dealership twice, went back cash in hand to purchase advertised vehicle at the advertised price and was informed that they had the option via the fine print to ADD additional costs o in hand to purchase advertised vehicle at the advertised price and was informed that they had the option via the fine print to ADD additional costs of security and protection of $4,500.00. When confronted, after sitting in the lobby for half an hour, the manager said thanks for coming in but no thanks we are charging the additional cost so - bye! Absolutely never visiting again and making sure all know about the unprofessional manner we were treated and how the place acts like a CHEAP USED car sales lot, instead of a reputable dealer! More
