Worst dealership ever! Bought a car with them 3 weeks ago and my car is giving me some power steering warning. That’s not even my first issue with them, after we signed all the paperwork I noticed that they had added an optional service contract that was $1400. I went back the next day to tell them to have it cancelled and was told that they will have it cancelled fast forward to today and that still has not been cancelled. They did not mention this add on to me once, even though I told every single finance and sales person I spoke to that I did not want any dealer added crap. They still slid in the $1400 Portfolio contract! Very shady! Straight up fraud! I didn’t have any information on Portfolio I had to google it myself to see what Portfolio was. It’s definitely fraudulent that they added it without my knowledge and there is no where in all the paperwork I signed about the contract. Stay away from here unless you want to get ripped off! More

Great service, I’m glade I finally came in for service. My car was giving me issues and my local mechanic was not able to fix it. I spent a lot of money trying to resolve the issue. Purchased a brand new truck. Salesmen added on the "dealer incentives packages". I told them several times I did not want them. Salesmen said they were already on the vehicle. Pa Salesmen added on the "dealer incentives packages". I told them several times I did not want them. Salesmen said they were already on the vehicle. Paid $3180 for them in sales contract. I called LoJack and found out it was NEVER installed on my vehicle. The door Edge Guards were NEVER installed on vehicle! I began calling 2 days after purchase date. The 1st day, they hung up on me 17 times! I called 28 days in a row....they would transfer me to no where....put me on hold...or tell me the 7 Salesmen I dealt with were not available. Left my name and number 20 times. A manager NEVER called me back. Complete fraud to charge a consumer for an item they DID NOT RECEIVE. Could not get contact information for the owner or Gen. Manager....phone extensions have no voice mail. Very frustrating until I informed them I was reporting to social media and all entities that deal with Fraud. Over 35 days and I still don't have my money back. Rated "F" on the BBB for a reason. The Salesmen need to grow up and take responsibility for lying. More

This dealership makes false promises they don't intend to keep in order to make a sale. Once the sale of the vehicle is complete they totally ignore the consumer.
