DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! These guys are the most corrupt, unprofessional people you will ever deal with! I was completely lied to about my warranty by the employee working in These guys are the most corrupt, unprofessional people you will ever deal with! I was completely lied to about my warranty by the employee working in the finance department. My wife and I were told everything would be covered bumper to bumper. I paid almost $3,000 for this warranty. My van has had 3 different issues since we bought it and somehow all of them have not been covered under warranty. Now that a cylinder head went out and it's going to be 4 grand worth of work, they are telling me that they switched my warranty company to a different one and that the work is not covered. I told them I never signed any new documentation or agreed to a different warranty company than is on my contract! I was told a manger would call me 5 days ago, and now I cannot get a hold of anyone in the finance department. It appears they are dodging my calls. Meanwhile, I am trying to manage getting to and from work and my wife getting my 2 young daughters to school everyday. We have no time for these games. Do not buy from this compy unless you plan on having to get an attorney at the end of it all. I was also contacted by attorneys to let me know that there was an accident on the vehicle previous to me buying, that the dealer did not disclose. This is illegal! CORRUPT COMPANY. I will update my review, if this matter is resolved . Otherwise, I will be contacting the better business bureau, the california bureau of automotive repair, the California department of consumer affairs, and my attorney! More

I rating this a poor. This was my second visit to this dealership. I can say that the work was completed. The customer service was unsatisfactory, with bad communication. This was my second visit to this dealership. I can say that the work was completed. The customer service was unsatisfactory, with bad communication. I called ahead for a factory recall part. I spoke to Patricia and she was very helpful to ensure the part was on hand prior to scheduling the work. She was able to schedule me in next day. This is where it goes bad, as I pulled up to the service area I was met there by Michael. He asked what I was coming in for and I explained to him the recall that I was there for. He immediately stated that the part is not available from the factory yet. I explained to him that I was told by another dealership that it was a part that needed to be order but that it was available. I further explained that I had spoke to Patricia and they had the part in stock. He asked me to wait it verify the part (I was ok with that). I was the manner in which he said it and how his actions represented. When he came back he stated that he did have the part. Then he went on to explain how behind the mechanics were. I asked, "if they are behind, why would they schedule me the appointment?" I dropped off on a Tuesday he stated they won't get to it till Thursday/Friday but it I left it would available for the mechanics to get to right away. I agreed and left it. Friday almost closing time I had not heard from the service dept. I called to find out the status Michael informed me that it wouldn't be look at till Monday. he offered that I could pick it up, but I choose to leave it. Monday came a gone, not hearing anything. Tuesday afternoon I called to get a status to arrange a ride to pick up when complete. I spoke to service dept (Not Michael, forgot the name) he stated that the system only stated that is was in process. I asked for Michael he was unavailable at the time I was told that the work order would be printed and left on his desk to call me back. Closer to closing time I called back again spoke to again someone else. Asked for Michael again was placed on hold for about 10-15 minutes. Person came back on the line stated that Michael could not be found, and that he would leave a message for him to call me. I politely stated that I was having to go out of town and just needed an update, I stated "a day, two days, three days?" and then stated "Can you please ask the mechanic?". He stated to that he would have Michael call me before he left for the day. No Call. I get a call Wednesday Afternoon from Michael that my truck is ready for pick up. I stated "thank you " and continued to explain to Michael the events of my phone calls and how disappointed I was not having any communication from him. This is what Michael stated......"Never got the message, your truck is ready to be picked up anytime".... I ended the call with "Thank you I will be there tomorrow to pick up". When I arrived to pick up my truck Michael walked by me and stated as he passed me by, "someone is getting you vehicle for you" I didn't even realize he was talking me when I looked around and I was the only one standing there. Michael never had the professionalism to speak to me about the work that was done, the delay, or the conversation that we had. I will not recommend nor will I return to this dealership. More
