I have taken my G-wagen for 8 years now and have been very pleased with the quality and consistency of the service. The service writers are great and I can sometimes meet with the mechanic to discuss r very pleased with the quality and consistency of the service. I found a used Range Rover on their website, I emailed and inquired about it. Was met with Kim who told me (and I have the emails) that they wouldn't be able to sell to me as I was out of State and they w and inquired about it. Was met with Kim who told me (and I have the emails) that they wouldn't be able to sell to me as I was out of State and they would not make an exception on their 2 step process of going in and signing the paperwork and then going back to pickup the vehicle. I emailed Carlos to which I was told must be a miscommunication. Then Dana reached out, we started talking about the deal - I was instantly approved, trade price offer was good, all set to sign. Said I would like to come down Saturday but could come sooner if needed. Asked about them needing a deposit to hold it till Saturday, said they don't take deposits but she would send me the preliminary paperwork to sign. All was good, got my insurance binder all ready and emailed to her, temp plates done - all I needed was a signature on the paperwork. At 1pm today I was told 'oh oops' someone else looked at it several days ago and decided today they want to buy it. So sorry, but I will let you know if their deal falls through. I have never in my life of purchasing vehicles have dealt with so much nonsense. I called Carlos back after finding this out and was basically told that I must not have paid attention to what was told to me. Pretty sure I have it all in email and that I would have driven down if need be. Just an FYI for anyone out there looking to do business with this particular outfit. More

Their costumer service and professionalism is a fluke I bought a pre owned 2016 CLA 250 8 months ago. I never had a good experience at that dealership. Great car, I love it. However, I regret buying my Me I bought a pre owned 2016 CLA 250 8 months ago. I never had a good experience at that dealership. Great car, I love it. However, I regret buying my Mercedes at that location because of their costumer service and service in general. In my opinion, their professionalism was not what I thought it would be. An expensive item of mines got missing while my car was in service. A technician manager drove my car to check a squeaky noise my car had, while on the test drive he flew over a speed bump, and scrapped the front bumper lip. They then repaired only 50% of it. I had to protest a second time to get it repaired 100%. I had previously brought the car in to fix a panel under the car that was scrapping the street. They never said anything to me, if they fixed it, if they didn't, it's like I took the car in for the xxxx of it. They didn't even have a service report for it. An employee there, Erika Pineda, had sent me an email, you know one of those emails where I get the chance to give nay feedback I'd like. I replied to the email with my concerns and yet never got a call or a reply back. I basically got ignored. So with all this being said, in MY experience their costumer service and professionalism is really below average. Be aware of this place, I might sound like I'm complaining a lot but this is base on my horrible experience with them. Although there are a lot of 5 stars ratings here it's not always the fair truth. I don't tend to give this type of feedback or any feedback at all, but, I just had to this time. More
