The service was amazing surprisingly fast. I’ve bought my last 15 cars from Carlos Rodriguez Rodriguez at Rodney Gallego. I went in to get my car serviced November 2, 2025. My car was present at the shop until January 2, 2026. When trying to get in contact with Felipe Service advisor, barely respond with any updates or c My car was present at the shop until January 2, 2026. When trying to get in contact with Felipe Service advisor, barely respond with any updates or concerns of the vehicle. I told him everything was wrong with my car upon dropping it off, but yet no oil change didn’t examine the front end still shaking while driving I always have a great time and experience When dealing with this particular dealership. but this time was a lot different. The service time was ridiculous. The response times to my concerns was totally ridiculous and I would not recommend anyone to service advisor. Felipe. I totally believe that he’s a great guy, but I just was the wrong customer I could be wrong, but that’s how I feel More

I I am giving one star because there is nothing lower. This dealer is the worst, from management to employees. It took over three months to get my truck back for what was supposed to be a simple repair. W This dealer is the worst, from management to employees. It took over three months to get my truck back for what was supposed to be a simple repair. When the truck was finally returned, it was covered in mud and had mold inside. I was told the carpet needed to be replaced, but it never was. During this time, the vehicle also suffered additional damage, including nicks on the doors, a deep scratch on the mirror, dents on the molding, and missing parts. The only thing they did was wash the carpet, which does not guarantee the truck is mold-free. The mirror was supposed to be replaced, but they claimed the part was not available. I am still waiting for a call to let me know when the part arrives.at the moment I’m considering for legal assistances . More
