The financing experience was fine except for asking me to decide about options like pre-paid maintenance, GPS tracking and other options in the next 10 minutes to get a discount. Options were not explained in advance nor in printed material.No one wants to make $5+k decision in 10 minutes just based on a minimal verbal description. More

If you want to get a deal done, Rick Martinez is your man. He was quick to respond to phone calls and text messages. He wanted to make a deal and you could tell as he was your advocate working with the o man. He was quick to respond to phone calls and text messages. He wanted to make a deal and you could tell as he was your advocate working with the owner of the dealership to close an $85k deal for us. The negotiations happened over the phone and my husband and I ultimately flew up to Oakland to close the deal and get the keys to our new car. Rick Martinez was quite knowledgable about cars 🚗 in general and helped me understand the package I was getting. The dealership picked us up from the airport and we were in and out within 2 hours - all documents verified and signed. Ramin, the sales manager as well as the finance manager were great to work with. I’m not always the easiest to deal with as I know what and want to cut the xx but all the guys had patience with me and respect. I would absolutely buy another car from this dealership and use Rick Martinez again as my sales rep. Thank you again for all your help! More
