I was told that they needed 24 to 48 hours to look into my car. They kept it longer never updated me unless I reached out. When I picked up the car, they hadn’t even looked at it. The communication with the service writer was horrible until I called the service director. I tried to speak with the Service Manager but after 3 phones with no call back I gave up and called the Director until I called the service director. I have an extended warranty on the vehicle and the service writer made no attempt to contact them. Also I had an appointment and they advise they will contact within 48 hours. I heard nothing for 4 days. Also before arriving I requested a price on tires and was told by Carlos I could get that when I came in I bought new tires before dropping vehicle off. More
