Mr. Chmielewski, I shall give you the courtesy of a response, and it's somewhat refreshing to know that at least someone at Zeigler takes an interest. The facts are as stated before, and we went from “it's a manufacturer issue with a software issue, to a $280 charge, then an additional $400+ charge. Then, when I said I didn't need that, I was charged $140 for picking up the van. In the meantime, I went to my local mechanic to get the issue fixed, and all the maintenance was done for far less. they did it in less than 24 hours, and my van was in your shop for days. I love my Pacifica and will (again, depending on zero interest) get another, perhaps in the next few months. Unfortunately, it shall be with another dealership, and I'll make sure that incidents like this are clearly covered before I buy. Again,consider the $140 charge as a life lesson learned. Again Thank you for your concern.
