I was told that the wait time for the appointments is longer since I need to get a rent a car. When I arrived for the first appointment I was told that the car was not scheduled, so they were only able to change my oil at the time. We scheduled a new appointment for late October, and I was told that the car will be booked. On the day of the appointment, I received a text message that the car has not been secured and that I will have to wait until late November for another appointment. This is extremely unprofessional! I have spent over 50K on this vehicle, and should be able to get the minimum service. More

After a few weeks, I noticed the antenna unit was crooked. When I went to inspect it, I learned the antenna unit was totally loose. The technician never tightened the antenna unit. Uconnect issue was with a previous advisor. Second issue was all four window sill trims that was replaced under warranty. After receiving the vehicle back, the technician that replaced the trim had damaged all four doors by scratching the paint with a tool, and each door had tool scratch in three different areas. One of the doors actually had dents from the tool they were using. Carlos was apologetic for the damages. After waiting for a week to get a loaner, I decided to just drop the vehicle off since they had no eta on providing a loaner. Post inspection of repair: the scratches were buffed out, but there was still a slight dent on the door. I showed Carlos the dent, but he was unable to see it. If you place PDR light tool along the door, you can easily see the wave. My concern is how much clear coat was removed, and why would the dealership pay to have a vehicle repaired and not inspect it afterwards. So at the end, my vehicle still has visible damage, with no idea how much clear coat was removed from the buffing, there was over a 100 miles put on the vehicle from the dealership, including $3.00 of toll charge on my I-pass, and one out of the four window trims appears to have a different mold design. Zeigler never offered any compensation for damaging my vehicle, and I felt the service advisor appeared annoyed from my dissatisfaction of the repair. More
