Omar Quintana is a real asset to your company He is very customer oriented. He is the reason I leased my Sonata at Universal. I live 60 miles away. Not satisfied with Finance Dept. Jose tried to snea very customer oriented. He is the reason I leased my Sonata at Universal. I live 60 miles away. Not satisfied with Finance Dept. Jose tried to sneak a end of term lease maintenance agreement by me and refused to deduct it. I just drove 60 miles to pick up my new vehicle, informed my insurance company of the transfer. I should have been informed of this requirement at time of purchase not at delivery. More

Carlos had great customer service and in fact the dealership was good overall. The reason for the low scores is because we specifically asked if the car smelled like smoke and were told it was a nons dealership was good overall. I should have stopped the deal immediately but i pressed through because it didn't smell horrible and we had driven a couple hours. However... strong smell returned the next day and since. Feel a bittle swindled. More
