Charged me $725. 00 for an oil change. Had me wait 3+ hours, then told me afterward their mechanics get $205/hour. Next time I'm going to Jiffy Lube or Pep Boys. 00 for an oil change. I was told that a 36 point check was I was not given the 36 point check list also my steel rims were replaced with plastic rims. Where are my rims also the fluids were not filled then was told to check our 36 point check list also my steel rims were replaced with plastic rims. Every Visit a 5- Star Experience (smile)! I Emailed Service Manager Calvin Jeong. He checked the Records and said most likely I would only need an oil change, and to come in any time on Fr I Emailed Service Manager Calvin Jeong. Soon as I got there, Service Advisor Jeremy Davis recognized Me, and immediately took care of Me (smile). Told Me it would be ready in 1 1/2 Hour (smile). I have been going to South Bay Hyundai for over 10 years, and continue to go there even after I moved to Alhambra, 32 miles away, 3 years ago. They Are Always Professional, Knowledgeable, and Most Courteous (smile)!, and I don't have to worry about them over- charging Me, or trying to do Unnecessary Repairs (smile)!
