I will never do business with Key Ford. While it seems the work was adequate, communication lacked and what should’ve been a week long repair spanned almost a month. They are better now than when it was Rockland Ford. Caleb and Chris (the service advisor's) were very helpful and I didn’t have to wait too long to get my car repaired. Nice waiting area. I called for apt on 10/7 for oil change, state inspection, recall and rear wiper- scheduled for 10/16. Arrived and was told didn't have inspection sticker or wiper & was told would hold wiper, oth inspection, recall and rear wiper- scheduled for 10/16. Arrived and was told didn't have inspection sticker or wiper & was told would hold wiper, other work done, was given no indication that work was needed for inspection. I called on 10/25 to enqure about apt for remaing work- wiper and state inspection, scheduled for 10/31, wiper was replaced and I was told about breaks and leaking fluid so didn't pass inspection. Told I could come back on 11/14. 3 appointments for service requested on 10/7, needless to say I am not impressed but also spitting mad also never given any indication of cost for anything at any time. More

Paid $180 for diagnosis only to be told no problem. Thus, problem still exists and I'm out $180. Will probably have to take the problem to Wiscasset Ford for proper diagnosis and repair.
