My front defroster button is sticky and i brought it in under warranty and was told it is not sticking down. Try it on a cold morning and tell me it’s not faulty. That made me a lil mad. $33000 vehicle but under warranty and was told it is not sticking down. Try it on a cold morning and tell me it’s not faulty. Got charged an extra $80 dollars for them replacing my headlight bulb while they were doing my oil change. So a $100 oil change cost me over $200 dollars. Plus I had a $100 dollars in my center console go headlight bulb while they were doing my oil change. So a $100 oil change cost me over $200 dollars. Plus I had a $100 dollars in my center console go missing after my oil change. Maybe that was just a coincidence. So a $100 oil change cost me over $300. Not a good day for me. More

I will never do business with Key Ford. While it seems the work was adequate, communication lacked and what should’ve been a week long repair spanned almost a month. After leaving, I requested to be removed from all correspondence but still get emailed about purchasing a vehicle. Not recommended. More
