When I previously test drove a car at Niello Elk Grove, from my short interaction with CJ and his friendliness even though I was not directly working with him at the time, I knew he was the kind of salesma from my short interaction with CJ and his friendliness even though I was not directly working with him at the time, I knew he was the kind of salesman I wanted to work with. I located his contact information on their directory and contacted him right away after having an unpleasant experience at Niello Sacramento. I explained to him my concerns and poor experience there then CJ took care of me right away! He is a very personable and an honest salesman! He took initiative to explain my situation to his Sales Manager Essex, and set me up to work with Finance Manager, Pov. All three gentlemen showed exceptional professionalism! You can tell they care about customer service before making a sale which speaks volumes to retain a client. CJ also went out of his way to introduce me to a Service Advisor for future needs, set me up with a BMW Genius (Johnathon who was great as well) while I waited to be processed. He also set up my car with a bow to take photos without me even asking! Truly such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend working with CJ! He will meet your expectations far beyond imaginable!
