This was our third purchase of a Subaru Forester, we previously owned a 1998 and a 2013. CJ thoroughly explained all the options available to us, and kept us posted as our new car was being delivered. CJ Nichols is a top-notch representative for Subaru! This is my first Subaru, and I made the switch because of CJ and I will never go back to another. His online videos specific for me to show me the car before I even got there was a big selling point, especially given the extreme summer heat. I shopped around with other dealerships and even considered some of the online alternatives. These other dealers didn’t seem to really care about their customers the way Subaru does and options were limited. So when I came to Subaru I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. While the car I wanted wasn't originally available, I was set up with a rental by Artie Gonzales and was treated to VIP service! Once I drove that Subaru I was hooked. CJ also spent time outside of his work hours to provide added guidance, which demonstrated a level of commitment I haven't seen in a while. I have the utmost trust in CJ and will continue to recommended him to others. More

As a senior, single, female, I confess I was not looking forward to the new car buying experience. I currently owned a Subaru Outback but the smaller Cross trek seemed to now fit my needs. Yet I remained a forward to the new car buying experience. I currently owned a Subaru Outback but the smaller Cross trek seemed to now fit my needs. Yet I remained apprehensive of the current process. However, once I met CJ Nichols those concerns were quickly alleviated. CJ tracked down the one Crossstrek on the lot and we set out on a test drive. He explained all the new safety features (& there are many), yet he was careful not to overwhelm. CJ is clearly extremely knowledgeable & professional but also personable. He explained the process of ordering, options available & the timetable he outlined was spot on. Upon delivery I was immediately notified & we met to go over finalizing paperwork, etc. & customizing the Crosstrek. I then met with Curt McHenry, Finance Manager. This too was a professional, yet pleasant, interaction. Curt never pressured or tried to up sell additional products, simply outlining completely the benefits of each. This was much appreciated & I felt comfortable with the decisions I consequently made. This was an exceptional experience & I thank both CJ & Curt for making it such. I look forward to enjoying my Crosstrek for years to come! More

I came in from Goodyear, AZ and it was well worth it. Also the mechanic Christian was fantastic and pointing out some things I missed on the wheels. I will definitely go again to buy another used Honda Fit Sport or another car of interest that will fit our budget. More
