Tucson Subaru and CJ in particular could not have been more friendly and helpful. Service was excellent all around. In short, it was a great experience. CJ listened to how I planned to use the vehicle, and he suggested the right model for me. The price and trade-in negotiations were painless. He kep CJ listened to how I planned to use the vehicle, and he suggested the right model for me. The price and trade-in negotiations were painless. He kept me up to date on the car's delivery schedule. He even offered to drive and deliver the car to my house across town (there was a problem unlocking my credit report, which delayed taking delivery for a day)! Then he spent quite a bit of time taking me on a test drive and explaining all the car's aspects. He showed me around the dealership- especially the service department and introduced me to the service advisors. He explained about the maintenance appointments and the free services. Also Jennifer set me up with an extended maintenance contract. Whenever I had a question, I would send CJ a text, and within minutes (sometimes less) he would answer. He really knows his stuff. So, after meeting with CJ, Jennifer and the service people, it feels like this is a wonderful dealership. I'm really glad I bought my car here! Oh yeah, the car is a lot of fun to drive. More

CJ was friendly and easy to work with. Unfortunately the car had an issue after I drove it off the lot. CJ and team were all over it.
