The product speakes for itself, but everyone in the buying process was great.Tim to be specific in finance. Saw a friend of mine at the dealership while he was servicing his car.. Did not know he was a Subaru buyer..He has two, and recomended I look around. I did, bought a car a few hours later. Happy with the experience. Want to buy my next Subaru from Tucson Subaru. Some salesmen that I have interacted with in the past with, and received no business, was due to them owning the title "typical salesman". If you want a unique experience CJ will only please. Not only does this dealership have a great salesman, but also Luis. He is the manager of the parts department there and I have had many discussions about parts (aftermarket* of course) over owning a WRX and now Forester. He is a great guy to talk "Subaru" with. I needed to buy a new car and intended to get another Honda CRV... but I'd heard a few good things about Subaru so my brother and I stopped by to check out Subaru's before going over to Honda. CJ came out to greet us and quickly narrowed down what I was looking for. He explained and demonstrated the unique features of the 2014 Forester, including the boxer engine and smooth transmission. I was so impressed, two days later we went back for a test drive and to talk about price. I bought the Forester at my third visit. Throughout the whole process CJ was always friendly, professional and personable. He answered my questions thoroughly and in fact anticipated questions and needs. I was also pleased with Traci Roberts, the finance manager, who was clearly experienced and competent, and at the same time friendly and down to earth. CJ is an exceptionally knowledgeable salesperson. He had sold Honda before he came to Subaru, so he compared Honda's and Subaru's for me. He clearly believes in what he sells and I could see he's comfortable with a wide variety of people, customers and colleagues. I think he could easily move into management or training other salespeople, but I suspect he might want to continue with sales. He gives the impression that he loves his job... and it's nice to do business with someone like that. More

He and my 9 year-old daughter had great conversations in the back of each car that we drove. As my husband and I went in to sign the paperwork with Louie, CJ went and watch movies and played games with both of my daughters. We had several gentlemen come up to introduce themselves to us. Everyone we encountered in the dealership was extremely professional. We will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
