When I settled with the insurance company I went right back to CJ for a new 2015. He's a great guy to work with and goes out of his way to help find what you are looking for. He's straight forward; not pushy; not a "used car salesman" kind of guy. And Traci Roberts was also great to work with in the Finance Dept. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. I hate buying vehicles, but CJ and Traci made it far less stressful! More

I first met CJ over 6 months ago at the post office near where I live. CJ saw me approaching my Forester and started some chat about it. At the time I was not looking for a car because I recently purchased one. I do not seem to have much luck with cars and that car burned up. I started to explore options on replacing the car looking at many brands and researching customer reviews on them. I came back to looking at Subaru on the internet, different search modes and started making calls to gain additional info on the cars. I saw a car of interest on Tucson Subaru web page and made a call to CJ because of the short conversation at the post office. Anyhow I now own an Outback and want to recommend CJ because he takes time to talk and does not shoot the breeze. CJ wears the hat of Tucson Subaru on and off the job. great work CJ. More

Just got home with my new Outback I started looking at new cars last December after having a car for over 9 1/2 years and having almost 170,000 miles on it. After "shopping" on line f I started looking at new cars last December after having a car for over 9 1/2 years and having almost 170,000 miles on it. After "shopping" on line for various models and reading many reviews, I decided on looking at the new 2015 Outback. The reviews were great and then the safety reports came out, which were even better. I first walked into Tuscon Subaru in early December without an appointment to look at the cars. I was introduced to CJ, who to say the least was quite knowledgeable about the car. Since the last car was purchased in 2005, the newer models, are to say the least quite advanced , with all the new technology. As I was "just looking" and thought about looking at other makes I left. There was no pressure, and I indicated I would probably be back to take a test drive, which I did the following week. Following the test drive, we started to discuss a purchase. I had done some homework on various websites so felt that the final price was more then fair. I had decided I wanted a particular car, with particular extras in a particular color and was in no hurry so an order was placed. Today, 2/6/15, I picked up the new car and have only driven it 35 miles but so far, I'm in love. LOL! CJ gave me a great run down of how everything works... of course the best way to learn will be to drive it and get accustomed to all the new technology. Also, the congratulatory gift was very nice and something no one had ever given me before. I would definitely recommend Tucson Subaru. More
