When we discussed buying another new car, we knew there was only one thing to do.......to contact CJ Nichols (he sold me my 1st WRX). We sent CJ an email through Tucson Subaru's web site, as well as message their FB page (we were really excited). I received a call back from CJ within ten minutes at 8:40pm on a weekend.....he wanted to make sure everything was ok with my car. Also, Trent had already responded to me on FB as well. I told CJ we wanted another WRX and knowing that we lived far from the dealership, CJ worked with us over the phone and email to make this purchase happen....and with a great deal. The whole experience worked out flawlessly and I know CJ had everything to do with it! If you are reading this, thanks CJ!!! And Tim Hanson did a great job handling our financing....AGAIN. CJ is very knowledgeable about the Sabaru Forrester and answered all our questions thoroughly. He did not pressure us on buying and showed us several car choices, as well as several purchasing and leasing options. We felt he wanted us to be truly happy with whatever choices we made. He is very personable and we felt we were the center of his attention the entire time he spent with us. Traci was also very thorough. She took her time explaining the entire finance end before we signed. She explained the extras available and did not pressure us to buy anything we might not need, but explained advantages and disadvantages to each. I was impressed with follow up phone calls and e-mails we received that were friendly and informative. Most impressive was the bouquet of roses I received when we were ready to drive our new Forrester off the lot. Many thanks to both these fine Sabaru employees! More

When I settled with the insurance company I went right back to CJ for a new 2015. He's a great guy to work with and goes out of his way to help find what you are looking for. He's straight forward; not pushy; not a "used car salesman" kind of guy. And Traci Roberts was also great to work with in the Finance Dept. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. I hate buying vehicles, but CJ and Traci made it far less stressful! More

I first met CJ over 6 months ago at the post office near where I live. CJ saw me approaching my Forester and started some chat about it. At the time I was not looking for a car because I recently purchased one. I do not seem to have much luck with cars and that car burned up. I started to explore options on replacing the car looking at many brands and researching customer reviews on them. I came back to looking at Subaru on the internet, different search modes and started making calls to gain additional info on the cars. I saw a car of interest on Tucson Subaru web page and made a call to CJ because of the short conversation at the post office. Anyhow I now own an Outback and want to recommend CJ because he takes time to talk and does not shoot the breeze. CJ wears the hat of Tucson Subaru on and off the job. great work CJ. More
