What a pleasant surprise when our last purchase don't take long at all. The extra time it did take was well worth it as Tim Hanson of the finance side of the house worked to get us a better interest rate. Because our credit limits are temporarily higher than they should be, the original loan rates offered were not very attractive but the credit guru got us a loan at 2.9%. Well worth the wait. The buying experience with the sales rep., C. J. Nichols was great. He explained what was available and what was coming in, we talked trim lines etc. He is very knowledgeable and we quickly agreed on price and all the details of the vehicle. We had to wait a while for the car to be finished being built and delivered but it is a delight. The Eye Sight option and Premium trim level was what we wanted and needed. It has already saved us a few times when inattentive drivers got too close for comfort. More

CJ and Trent were extremely helpful in showing me the unique new features of this vehicle, which are quite impressive. I was frankly amazed at the improvements from the 2007 Outback Sport which I had owned since new, and put high mileage on. The visibility, power, quietness, and safety enhancement of the smart cruise control all gave me a very good feeling about the new vehicle. I also found the negotiations about price and trade-in to be painless, fair and reasonable. I highly recommend the Tucson Subaru team. More

It was a fantastic experience--no sales person jumping on you as you walk on the lot. We were greeted by CJ Nichols. He was so nice and very non pushy!!! We were very impressed with all the knowledge he had about all the Subaru's. After test driving the forester and the outback, we decided on the outback---WONDERFUL!!! It has so many bells and whistles on it but CJ made everything so easy to understand. I was intimidated at first with everything, but after driving off the lot I was very comfortable. I would recommend asking for CJ! Also Tim Hanson the Finance Manager was extremely nice and made the paperwork go smoothly! Great job~~~ Very happy customer!!! More
