They lied that the whole time never even took the car to get cleaned. Without Chrissy Marks, Deborah and Bruce couldn't do such a great job. Chrissy was EXTREMELY patient with me. She explained all the "bells and whistles" clearly while we out on a test drive. Well, you sold me a used car that I had to immediately turn around and drop 2000 dollars in to fix. You were aware. One caliper was replaced and your guys "tinkered" with another and "got" it to work. It turn around and drop 2000 dollars in to fix. You were aware. One caliper was replaced and your guys "tinkered" with another and "got" it to work. It did not and failed. It ruined the pads and rotor. I had to replace the caliper, rotor and pads on my front end before I made my first payment. The ACTUAL problem is the master cylinder is bad and so is the booster, those needed replaced. Then, on top of all of that you sold it with snow tires in the middle of the summer. So, add four new tires to a car I just got. As I see it Budd Bear owes me like 3 grand to cover all these "not covered by warranty" repairs. Your only saving grace is you "tried" to be quick about it, but it still took a week to get this done. I showed up to test drive when it was supposed to be ready and it wasn't even ready I had to make a second trip. So, I'd appreciate it if you lost my email and phone number. Never call, email, text, etc me again. You've been warned any further contact is harassment and I will contact my lawyer. I can guarantee I won't ever say your dealership is a good place for used cars. Additionally, if your used cars come out like this your new cars are probably in similar shapes. Remember, what comes around goes around and I hope karma hits you hard. Thanks for selling a broke xxx car who's braking system has almost gotten me KILLED several times. More

Bruce gets 0 stars. After purchasing a car from his salesman and experiencing issues, Bruce was completely unwilling to talk to us. We called multiple times and went to VM every time. The receptionist (Angel) even walked to his office and he sent her back with information instead of talking to us. Angel gets 5 stars. Overall we are very dissatisfied with our experience, especially being lied by the sales team. Jamie assured us that the car had nothing wrong with it - the only notes by the service team were for “NA related to shifting because the car is an automatic”. Come to find out that the tires had cupping and were very loud. In case you did not know, cupping is dangerous and while you did replace the tires we will still have to go to another dealer to sort out the underlying issue. More

My experience got off to a rocky start,but Bruce did his best to make up for the first impression. Jamie was alright at first, but I need to get some scratches removed and I have not heard back from him sin best to make up for the first impression. I would definetly reccomend your business just a different sales person. More
