Took my 2016 BMW to Autohaus for a recall item. They took my car at the appointment time, got the work done promptly and I was ready to go. 1. Communication with my sevice tech Brittani Weiss was very bad. The dealership had my vehicle for 3 weeks the only time she communicated with me was when I dropped the vehicle off and when it was ready. very bad. The dealership had my vehicle for 3 weeks the only time she communicated with me was when I dropped the vehicle off and when it was ready. I called her 3x to only get voicemail with no return call. 2. The service department broke my wheel lugs although they put new wheel lugs on free they didn't replace wheel lock lugs. They stated wheel lock was not in vehicle but had someone called me they where in fact in the vehicle. 3. I was charged a diagnostic fee for a issue that was covered by a warranty of which I was told was covered under warranty. These are the reasons why my experience was not good More
