During my recent visit, they went beyond their call-of-duty to take care of the issues with my two BMWs. George went beyond human imagination to search and find the exact parts I was looking for. Both Brittany and George deserve Commendations for their honesty, service oriented, superior professionalism, and customer satisfaction focused work ethics. Their services for my family far exceeded our expectations. Employees like Brittany and George are the primary reasons for me, my son, and many other repeat customers at your dealership. Brittany at BMW of Catonsville was an angel. I live several hours away and my elderly mother who has some memory challenges. My mother and her sister were trying to take my mother's car to get a battery replacement after having it jumped and accidentally pulled into the dealership next door and the battery died. Brittany went above and beyond by working to bring the car to the correct dealership and even proactively helped to drop the vehicle off when it was finished. Knowing you have someone who genuinely cares for her customers and goes out of her way to help out in a very stressful situation is rare these days. We are soo grateful to her and BMW of Catonsville for having such an amazing service advisor! More

My issue was a key fob replacement and pairing instructions. Fob was a day late arriving, which kept me home another day. Once received, parts and service folks gave instruction on how to pair wit instructions. Fob was a day late arriving, which kept me home another day. Once received, parts and service folks gave instruction on how to pair with my vehicle. Of course the steps were not correct, so had to have my car towed to dealership. Luckily, Brittany overheard me explaining why I was there with my vehicle on a tow truck. She took the new fob, entered the vehicle and within 5 seconds had the fob paired and the engine running! Her steps to pair were different from other folks, so she saved me so much time, trouble with work and effort (not to mention $$$) that her actions alone warranted the 5 star review!! I am extremely grateful for Brittany :)) More

It sucks to write this because my service writer (Brittany, and sales manager Jerry) has always been great to me for years now . However It all change last week. I took my X7 for service because AC (Brittany, and sales manager Jerry) has always been great to me for years now . However It all change last week. I took my X7 for service because AC wasn’t working. I was told it was fix and it wasn’t . Came to take another off day to bring again and this time was told is has a leakage. The part was not in stock so I was given a loaner(X5) took it on Wednesday and the next day which is Thursday. I took the car to work and park the car (I work in the car business also) it was 90 degree outside . By the end of my shift I went to the car and saw a Huge crack on the windshield. However there was NO chip or even a hole to show what the issue was. I told them asap and even got my SERVICE TECH out there. They took a look at the brand new car and said it has a defective windshield. Base of how the crack was Form the top of the hood without no dent or chip on it . I told the service manager . He said I Understand and will let the SERVICE DIRECTOR call you.It is a brand new car . Next day my insurance call me and tell me that BMW service manager put in a claim for a a damaged on windshield. STATING that I told them It was involve one another car? Not only was this a lie but also embarrassing to huge Mileone as a franchise dealership More
