This was my first experience with BMW and I want to thank Ken for being a great salesman. He was not pushy at all! I knew what I wanted and he laid all the numbers out for me and told me the best way to save Ken for being a great salesman. He was not pushy at all! I knew what I wanted and he laid all the numbers out for me and told me the best way to save. He was very patient when explaining everything. Britney was also very informative about the amazing services BMW offers which made me want to purchase my car even more! I forgot the mans name in finance and insurance but he was also amazing. Not pushy or overly aggressive about selling extra warranties. Just over all a great experience! Definitely recommend Westlake BMW, great people, service, and cars. More

I had a scheduled 9:00 appointment that I personally made over the phone in advance to have new rear brakes installed, only to find out after my arrival which I drove 30 minutes to dealership that the brake over the phone in advance to have new rear brakes installed, only to find out after my arrival which I drove 30 minutes to dealership that the brake pads were on back order and I had to get another name brand instead and those wouldn’t be delivered until 2:00 so j had to make 2 separate trips. No compensation for the inconvenience of my time and miles. Very disappointed since this was my first experience here. More
