Brian in service was fantastic along with Rosa and Amanda in customer scheduling. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Mark, my service tech sent me a video of my car with recommendations, showed me my tires - told me they were in good condition. For the recommendatio Mark, my service tech sent me a video of my car with recommendations, showed me my tires - told me they were in good condition. For the recommendations he showed me why he was recommending it. I didn’t feel pressure to approve those recommendations. Just knowing that they are looking at my car and making sure everything checks out makes me feel at ease. I went ahead with the recommendations b/c I felt it was time to get them done. Brian was a great service advisor. Updated me on my car, even had it vacuumed out! 5/5 service! More
