Hello Robert, Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your concerns. We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the service performed on your vehicle. After carefully reviewing the details of your visit, we want to address the issue and clarify the situation. It appears that during the service appointment, our technician discovered that all four bleeder screws on the brake calipers were seized. Despite the technician's efforts, the screws could not be removed even after allowing them to soak for several hours. As a result, our technician recommended replacing all four brake calipers and performing a brake fluid exchange. We understand that Brian reviewed this matter during your visit for a recall, oil change, tire rotation/balance, and brake fluid service. Unfortunately, we were unable to perform the brake fluid service due to the seized bleeder screws, and you were not charged for it. We apologize if there was any miscommunication or if the explanation was not clear. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional service and ensure clear and transparent communication with our valued customers. We appreciate your understanding and patience throughout this process.
