Awesome Experience So Far ! I scheduled an appointment with Five Star Chevrolet for an oil change on my Traverse 2019. I definitely did not except amazing customer service. He was very efficient and nice, he thoroughly explained to me what he was going to do along with the oil change. He made me aware of some things regarding my car that I did not know (since I had prior work done to it). I appreciated all his help. I will sure be going back for any services on my vehicles and I will be asking for Brian. More

Committed to customer satisfaction I'm always satisfied with the work Five Star Chevrolet does on my car and with the help that Brian Withem provides. I brought my car in because the re I'm always satisfied with the work Five Star Chevrolet does on my car and with the help that Brian Withem provides. I brought my car in because the rear brakes were ear-piercingly loud. Not only is he excellent at keeping me up to date with the status of my vehicle, but when I brought it in he said the car started slower than he would've expected. I actually couldn't tell the difference at all, but he suspected the battery. Once I arrived to pickup the car after the work was done, he told me that they got the work done on the brakes and the battery was replaced under warranty. Wow. Really all I cared about was getting the brakes sorted, but to get the battery replaced under warranty too was really awesome. He could've said nothing and done nothing, but instead he went above and beyond. Thanks Brian. More
