We have had zero positive interactions with the dealership, from purchasing the truck, to first oil change and now first service. Not 3, but 4 strikes. They currently have 97 Diesel vehicles for dealership, from purchasing the truck, to first oil change and now first service. Not 3, but 4 strikes. They currently have 97 Diesel vehicles for sale and 0 Diesel mechanics.... My 71K truck with 6600 miles had to go elsewhere for service. More

Very poor service. Another 2 weeks. Another 2 weeks without an update from service. Original representative was helpful. Sales also seemed positive, but I have Another 2 weeks. Another garbage Chevy dealership, this time, they refused work on the Chevy Truck, because it was worked on by another dealer within the last 2 months. Never had this problem with other car makers, Ford, BMW, Audi, Toyota, Honda, all had no problems working on vehicles under warranty, even if it was touched by another Chevy dealer. They basically wasted my time, and refused to fix it. Their answer below this post only assures you that you will be lead down a dustry trail of tears with them. Their answer was for me to pay for the repairs, not the dealership, they aren't willing to rectify this situation. They will make you take your car elsewhere and refuse the warranty work working it out with the dealership themselves. It also goes to show you that Chevy won't standby their product and they will pass the buck the minute they have to work on it either from other CERTIFIED CHEVY DEALERS. Dealers should have to work with Chevy and not the customer to Negotiate warranty claims . Jeep doesnt do this, BMW doesnt do this, Audi doesnt do this, Toyota doesn't do this, I can go on. So before you buy a Chevy, understand that they will make you take it back to the original dealer where it was worked on, tell you to call their Customer Service (who is very rude and echos the same unprofessional behavior) and then tell you that even if you were out of state, that you are SOL on that and you would need to go to the original DEALER lol . They are out of their minds, both the Dealers and the CHEVY in general. So think about this before you buy another Chevy from not only this dealer but in general from GM. More

Ferman Chevrolet Poor Customer Service, First and Last Visit....Our appontment was for 0930. Arrived at 925. Informed the individual that I had a service appointment at 0930 and my representative was Gato Visit....Our appontment was for 0930. Arrived at 925. Informed the individual that I had a service appointment at 0930 and my representative was Gator. We were informed that Gator was out and Francheso would assist us. We at in the car waiting for Franchesco. Sat there and sat there. Someone would stop by momentarily and stated they were getting someone to help us. Other representatives were attending to other customers but no one would sign us in. No one would log in the car for service. All the cars went around us. Talked to the Service Manager, Brian. He seemed not to care. We waited over 20 minutes to be logged in for our appt. In the meantime we were behind cars that arrived after us. Once the service rep Mike came to talk to us...we were told it would be a 3 hour wait. Unacceptable. Numerous cars went ahead of us...because no one wanted to fill in for GATOR...This should not be their first rodeo of filling in for a service rep. Poor Customer Service...NOT going back...First and Last visit. Ferman Chevrolet is the Worst! More
