Their service department lied, claiming my car was unfixable—yet it was magically repaired and resold at a higher price after they pressured me into trading it in. Sales told me it was going to auction, but that was a lie. They worked together to ensure they profited while I lost thousands. ✔ Service lied about repairs ✔ Sales manipulated my trade-in ✔ Lack of accountability & gaslighting The only honest people were John in Parts & Brian (not the manager).
