The service advisor Orlando Santiago and service manager Brian Rabeau were great. My abs pump was changed that I supplied. The truck sat for a day without any work being performed on it. Not sure why the Brian Rabeau were great. My abs pump was changed that I supplied. The truck sat for a day without any work being performed on it. Not sure why the dealership schedules appointments. They overbook and the person putting together the schedules is clueless and hard to understand. It seemed like it was a call center in India. The technician that worked on my truck, Mario Cifuentes, did a good job installing the pump. However, there were grease hand prints all around my upper fenders and the master cylinder was overfilled and the cap on wrong. When I went to fix the cap, brake fluid overflowed everywhere making a nice mess. I had to remove the excess fluid. Paying these ridiculous shop rates of $215 per hour, the work should be meticulous and I should not have to work on the vehicle after being worked on by the dealership. Being lazy and sloppy is the reason for a lower rating. More
