Umm...i have some nice things to say about your dealership but, also some very critical things ive said before that are basically ignored. My vehicle was fixed promptly but, theres issues completely ignored...you guys keep moving my seat despite telling 3 people every time ive been there, it being written down on the work order, ignored and, put into your computer system, ignored again. Much more importantly, my temp.gauge still reads that it is running cold despite good heat blowing. I keep making that an issue and, it keeps getting completely ignored. Much much more importantly, my vehicle makes a loud very very noticeable noise when driving adove certain speeds. I asked to be in the vehicle during test drives. Im told ok but, it was taken without me anyways. Im told, gee we dont hear anything. BS. I ask why im not told of the test drive so i can be there?umm maybe next time...are you serious? You guys are not taking my concerns seriously and, are not being honest about what you hear. It is so loud, theres no way you cant hear it. Im going to have to take this somewhere else, find out what's going on, make a claim with warranty, show you in writing and, if im hassled or repedidly ignored again, ill be forced to get representation. I dont know if this is just as easy as, tightening something loose or, something more serious. But, your taking care of it either way. I dont want to be a d!ck but, i keep getting backed into a corner and, my vehicle issues and concerns ignored so, id appreciate you guys stepping up, responding to this asap and, taking care of these issues. I dont want to have to take this to an ugly place but i will if forced to. And BTW, lets also address the time before when i was there. I was talked into a steering alignment. I know i needed one as my vehicle pulled to the right. Guess what...it pulls to the right fairly quickly and easily exactly as it did before, no change. I mentioned this a couple time and, ignored. I was charged for something that was never done. What are you going to do about this???
