Brian has been with Luther Nissan Kia for over 14 years now. Brian started out washing cars and worked his way up the ladder onto the sales floor and now as a business manager. Brian lives in St Anthony with his wife and have just celebrated the birth of a brand new baby boy. He can't be more excited and proud of his new family. Overall this was the one of the more positive experiences during the car buying process. I felt that Joe was extremely helpful in figuring out what we needed in a car. He spent a great deal of time trying t during the car buying process. I felt that Joe was extremely helpful in figuring out what we needed in a car. He spent a great deal of time trying to find the "right car" for us, even though it meant trudging through a lot of snow to find it. I was very pleased with his customer service and I felt comfortable throughout the experience. The only reason I am rating customer service at a 4, is due to the time I spent waiting for the paperwork to go through. I know it can be a long process, but it felt longer than my previous car buying experience. I kind of felt forgotten and there wasn't much explanation as to why there was such a long wait. Regardless of the wait time, I think I would go back to Luther Nissan/Kia in the future for additional car needs. More

When I first went to the dealership, I was really excited because it was going to be my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. I am a college student, so my income wasn't very high, and my credit sc because it was going to be my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. I am a college student, so my income wasn't very high, and my credit score was decent. With that being said, Jeff, the salesman I worked with was very willing and rigorous with his effort in trying to help me get the car I wanted. It was a success. The purchase went smoothly and the follow ups are going great so far. I didn't receive some documents after my purchase, and so I called to follow up on it with Jeff. Our timing never really worked out, so Jeff had another colleague, Brian, follow up with me on this situation. Brian was very quick with trying to help me obtain my missing documents as fast as he could. He followed up with me in a timely manner and advised me that my documents are being rushed to be sent to me asap. I was very happy with the effort that the Luther Nissan Kia salesmen put in with my purchase. My experience is going great so far with my car as well as the service I get when I go back there to do maintenance such as oil changes etc. :) More

I came to Luther Nissan Kia for the first vehicle I would be purchasing/financing on my own. After browsing online for the vehicle I was interested in, the one from Luther was priced much lower that other s be purchasing/financing on my own. After browsing online for the vehicle I was interested in, the one from Luther was priced much lower that other sites and this made it the most attractive right off the bat. After taking the test drive, taking to the salesperson about the specs, features, details, and anything else I needed to know about the van I had pretty much made my decision. The Dealership worked really hard to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and everyone that I came in contact with was friendly. More

Buying a new car can be a stressful experience. The difference between buying a car vs buying a home is that you WILL buy another car in your lifetime. You want to work with a dealer that you're willi difference between buying a car vs buying a home is that you WILL buy another car in your lifetime. You want to work with a dealer that you're willing to go back and work with again. This is the one! I visited this dealership to trade in my old car on a 2013 Nissan Altima. This is the second new car I bought from this dealership. My previous purchase, a 2005 Altima, is still running great (in use by my daughter). Everyone was very friendly, professional and thorough. Tom Hagmeier was pleasant and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this team of folks. They want to create life long customers and it shows! More

Dealing with Rob was an absolute joy. He never pressured us once to buy any car. His low key sales style was very much appreciated. Not the usual "how can we get you into a car tonight" attitude.
