Brian has been with Luther Nissan Kia for over 14 years now. Brian started out washing cars and worked his way up the ladder onto the sales floor and now as a business manager. Brian lives in St Anthony with his wife and have just celebrated the birth of a brand new baby boy. He can't be more excited and proud of his new family. I bought my daughter a new Kia over the phone with her living in Minneapolis and me in Phoenix, but it didn't matter. I shared the same experiences with this dealership as others who walked the lot and sa living in Minneapolis and me in Phoenix, but it didn't matter. I shared the same experiences with this dealership as others who walked the lot and sat across from these gentlemen. There couldn't have been more courteous and professional service with fair pricing and a seamless transaction from out of state details to the down home delivery of the car. Thanks Stephen and Brian for taking the time to work to assist a mother trying to help her daughter during a time of crisis when other dealers acted less than interested in making a good deal happen quickly for a family. More

I purchased a brand new Kia Optima SXL from Luther Kia. I stopped in on a few occasions and Garrett was also there to answer questions and help along the way. Even if he was working with another customer he always made sure that I was taken care of. I know car buying can take a long time but the process overall was very painless and we are very happy with our new car. I am very impressed with the direction that Kia is going with their cars and I am excited to see what is in the future for the brand. I felt very welcome from the minute I stepped in the door. Chad had contacted me by phone this morning. When I got there Chad was with another customer. He went and got Andrew to help me so i wasn't waiting. Andrew was very nice and funny. He made the deal very pleasurable. Aaron was the one who came to me and gave me the offer. I wasn't please with the first one so he came back with another offer. I was please and decided to buy the Juke. Andrew then talked to me about the process and made sure I was comfortable. Andrew is a great salesmen. He is not pushy and he was honest with me. Then I was handed over to Brian for the financing paperwork. Brian was very nice and handled everything in a timley manner. Over all everyone was great and I want to thank you for this great experience. More

I spent my first day of vehicle shopping just for vehicle types that I was interested in, did test drives and checked prices at different dealers. JP Liesenfeld at this dealer gave me the quote without any types that I was interested in, did test drives and checked prices at different dealers. JP Liesenfeld at this dealer gave me the quote without any hassle that made me come back to them the next day. Other dealers wanted to match after I told them their quoted prices were too high than i could get somewhere else, however I didn't like that way of hassle dealing. So I came back to this dealer the next day and bought a brand-new Nissan Murano from JP and Brian. They both were friendly and great customer service. JP is a little more informative about the vehicle and what available source that we may be interested, good follow-up on this vehicle purchase and my inquiry about some accessory . The whole process was great except there were couples of issues. It was the memorial holiday weekend, so they were very busy, I had a long wait, 2.5 hours to get into business office for paperwork. Eventually I got a vehicle around 9:30 PM, too dark to check out everything. When I arrived at home, and found out that there were couples of scratches on the hood which I could tell caused by detail clean works and the car wasn't very well clean both inside and outside. I was very disappointed. I stopped by very early the next morning and met Neil, a sale manager, he was able to exchange a different car for me, luckily, they had exact the same one. They expressed their apology for delivering that vehicle to me. Although there were some problem but overall I am happy with my purchase and satisfy on their customer service . I will recommend them to buyers I know More

Overall was happy with the new cars process. One exception was that one of the sales managers was pretty pushy for me to commit to your dealership. I told him that I need to be fair to myself and do exception was that one of the sales managers was pretty pushy for me to commit to your dealership. I told him that I need to be fair to myself and do my due diligence regarding price. All of the other folks were nice to deal with (especially Brian Nerka and Rich). We appreciated them going the extra mile in locating my Armada. We did have to wait a while to close the deal with the finance area, even though we told them when we were coming in. More

Kurt was very knowledgeable, Brian served good customer service, Jason was very helpful, Neil & Rich were nice. I have been on a search for a new car for months. Actually the Nissan Altima was the first o service, Jason was very helpful, Neil & Rich were nice. I have been on a search for a new car for months. Actually the Nissan Altima was the first one I looked at but I did not drive it. After my lenghty search I kept thinking I wish I had driven the Altima. I am from IL and while in MN I had my son go with me so I could drive it snd see what he thought. I had received the best quote from Brian at Luther Nissan over two other dealers on the internet in your area. Once I drove it I was sold. The service was great however I have about one week till the paperwork is finalized. Until than I am very satified. When I returned home there was an ad in Chicago Tribune from Gurnee,IL Nissan for the same model car I had just purchased. They offered a $2500.00 Nissan rebate plus a big discount through their dealership. I called Jason about the rebate. He suggested I call that dealer to inquire about it. I learned the rebate was for $1500.00 like I got plus a $500.00 for manuel seats and another $500.00 discount for Nissan financing. I called Jason back and we talked about this. I learned the car was a base car and I did have a few extra perks over what they were offering. That being said I am happy again with my purchase.
