Sue goes above and beyond to help answer questions and provide awesome customer service. She's friendly, open, honest, and ethical. I decided on the car I wanted on a Thursday, and wanted to pick it up Friday morning, however I wanted some extra add-on services done on the car prior to my picking it up, and Sue went out of her way literally to make sure the car was done perfectly, and everything was ready for me to pick up Friday morning. Couldn't have been happier. There are several Nissan dealerships that are closer to my home or work that are more convenient, but its definitely been worth it to me to go out of my way a little bit to work with Sue at Luther. More

I had the best experience working with these gentlemen, and trust me it was a hard getting me out of my truck that i still owed money on. I have been shopping around for a vehicle for a little over a month now and have only had 2 dealerships who fully focused on what was reasonable for me. Luther Nissan Kia was very attentive to my needs, t over a month now and have only had 2 dealerships who fully focused on what was reasonable for me. Luther Nissan Kia was very attentive to my needs, they helped me in a tight situation and were by far the friendliest dealership I visited (after 10 others). Mike was a great salesman and didn't push at my price range and again the service was above and beyond, Luther gives you the lowest price they'll sell for so the no need to argue with them for 2 hours on the price of a used car. I will have no issue coming back to this dealership for my next car or referring friends here. And everyone else I met there were awesome and made the whole process smooth and painless. More

Joe was great from the beginning. He listened to our concerns over our current issue and worked with us on a reasonable trade in value. He said he'd take care of us and I'm sure all sales people do but concerns over our current issue and worked with us on a reasonable trade in value. The biggest thing for me is I didn't feel like he had the "typical car salesman" attitude. We really appreciate his genuine care for our situation. He brought the best deal to the table.
