I brought my car in for oil change on Friday morning. On Monday, my car said low oil pressure and NOT to drive the car. I called herb chambers and they eventually had it towed to the dealer. I was unable to go to work and lost several hours with my clients. Im Brian Matthews, Manager was very helpful. My car was returned to my house on Thursday. . The issue I have is the inconvenience and I spent 3 1/2 hours driving with the tow truck driver. 1 hour and waiting car an unfamiliar Mobil in New Bedford. . I was given and waited for a loaner which was the best thing to do. I am disappointed that a simple oil change became a problem in Two days. No reimbursement for my 3 1/2 hours of lost work. Never had any explanation. More
