Roger was understanding of my search and needs there was no pressure with my time frame from test drive to when I was able to make it back in to purchase. Wednesday test drive purchase Saturday. Easy to com no pressure with my time frame from test drive to when I was able to make it back in to purchase. Wednesday test drive purchase Saturday. Easy to communicate I was running 15 minutes late for Saturday appointment had car pulled in for me to purchase. Complete trust with my interest and no games played by him or the dealership. Would highly recommend Roger if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. More

My experience is with the used car department so to sum it up - Straight forward used car dealer. I went in, test drove. Looked up the car and told them where I wanted to be at. Weren’t too far apart. We it up - Straight forward used car dealer. I went in, test drove. Looked up the car and told them where I wanted to be at. Weren’t too far apart. We met at my target and we went to get paperwork. No games were played. They didn’t require me to finances as they knew I was a cash buyer. It was price plus doc and tax title and license. Super clean transaction. The car was a 8 year old high mileage m4, not exactly flying off the shelf but it was perfect for me as I self maintain my cars and I know the bmw stack fairly well. For them. It was a trade in and they didn’t know much about it. They just wanted it off their books. In the end both sides were happy. I got a car in a condition I was comfortable with and they got their target margin of 8-10%. Ultimately I appreciate the straightforward candidness and no games were played. More
