My experience is with the used car department so to sum it up - Straight forward used car dealer. I went in, test drove. Looked up the car and told them where I wanted to be at. We met at my target and we went to get paperwork. No games were played. They didn’t require me to finances as they knew I was a cash buyer. It was price plus doc and tax title and license. Super clean transaction. The car was a 8 year old high mileage m4, not exactly flying off the shelf but it was perfect for me as I self maintain my cars and I know the bmw stack fairly well. For them. It was a trade in and they didn’t know much about it. They just wanted it off their books. In the end both sides were happy. I got a car in a condition I was comfortable with and they got their target margin of 8-10%. Ultimately I appreciate the straightforward candidness and no games were played. More
