There is so much to say and only so many words to describe it From the instance that you pull up to the dealership, you feel a sense of calm and welcoming. The front desk personnel who had amazing blue and green hair, it was refreshing to see working professionals being allowed to express themselves. We ended up working with Tony Carroll who was referred to us and for good reason. He is the best car sales personnel that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was honest kind and compassionate and made sure that we knew what our options were and really listened to our concerns. Also he let us take control of the appointment which was nice and did not push us in any way. Every step he was there answering numerous questions and making sure we knew what was going on. Kyle and Brian need a shout-out also as they were quick professional and honest and a delight to work with. I traded in my old SUV for a Honda CRV and I do not think I will ever go to another dealer or sales personnel again if I can help it. My experience today was amazing and I owe it all to Tony Carroll, who is the best sales representative I have ever met and dealt with in the vehicle sales industry and I can confidently say I would rec Tony Carroll, who is the best sales representative I have ever met and dealt with in the vehicle sales industry and I can confidently say I would recommend him to anyone and I plan to do just that! He is kind, confident, and caring and those are three things you instantly know by just meeting him and shaking his hand. Zimmerman Honda in general is the best dealership I have been too and I do not think I will ever go to another one! Tony made sure that all my needs wants and concerns were met, and that I felt safe and informed about what I was purchasing. He let us walk the lot while explaining all of the models and let me ask a million questions along with my partner who is overjoyed with this experience also. I ended up walking through the pre owned lot and every single vehicle was in wonderful condition and so many options to fit many price ranges. Tony went above and beyond to make sure that I knew what I could afford and walked me through my price range, and made sure I knew what I was getting into, and let me say that CRV that he sold me is now my dream car! Kyle was amazing also with explaining step by step the process of purchasing and the insurances that they offer and the difference in price range which made me feel secure and not pushed into a decision, and they took their time and did not rush me which I appreciated. Also wanted to give a shout out to Brian who helped Tony along the way and took his time and dedication to make sure that we were comfortable and happy and that we felt confident in the purchase. The dealership itself is a gem with an amazing showroom, lot, service area, and front desk and receptionists! The employee with the blue green hair assisted us but we did not get her name, but she was so nice and courteous and sweet we felt right at home. Everything is clean and concise and the waiting area is comfortable with even cleaner bathrooms. Spending time in there is not just a visit but an experience! But do not just take my word for it, go have the best car buying experience ever with Tony, Kyle and Brian!
