He answered all my questions and worked with his team for an efficient and quick turnaround so I was driving off the lot quicker than I anticipated. His friendly demeanor and sense of humor made him easy to work with. He didn't pressure me in the buying process and he allowed me to change my mind in colors of the vehicle because he knew what a big purchase a vehicle is. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy. I keep going back to Zimmerman because of the friendly staff and amazing service department! Thanks again, Ben, for going above and beyond in my recent trade and purchase of a new vehicle. More

This is the 4th vehicle our family has purchased from Zimmerman. We always work with Matt Rizzo. He has been there much longer that you would normally see a salesperson at the same dealership. It is clea Zimmerman. We always work with Matt Rizzo. He has been there much longer that you would normally see a salesperson at the same dealership. It is clear Matt knows his product line. We compared the Pilot and the Odyssey, and various trim levels. Matt just makes the whole process so easy. We even test drove a vehicle a day Matt was off, and other staff was incredibly accommodating. Service Department has always been easy to schedule and excellent to work with. Facility is top notch. I purchased a Honda 4 yrs ago and have been pleased with it. Service has always been just fine, until recently. I had a problem with warning lights coming on when I went into our garage or the carwash. T it. Service has always been just fine, until recently. I had a problem with warning lights coming on when I went into our garage or the carwash. They replaced the camera thinking that would cure it. It did not. The first day I left my car from 10am until 5:30pm to do some service work and determine the problem. That's when they decided it was the camera. Took it back a second time to get the camera installed/replaced that again took all day. They gave me a loaner for which I was grateful. When I still experienced the problem, I made another appointment for 9am. Again they gave me a loaner. One of the gentlemen was my consultant and his texts said he would keep in touch on the progress. He did not. Finally at 3pm, after being told it would be another hour, I said forget it and left with my car. I got a hold of the service manager to complain and he explained that when I am given a loaner I can take it home. I told him I live an hour away and he said that did not matter. So they took all the customers ahead of me (for oil change, etc). So I spent 6 hours waiting and waiting for some answer, only to be told that at 3pm they had not looked at it. I was NEVER told by the consultant that I could leave Moline to go home overnight with the loaner. This would have save me and the consultant a lot of grief. I have always been treated with respect, but the consultant made me feel like a pest and when I told him at 3pm I was tired and wanted to go home and wanted my car back, he just said have a good day. No apology and when I did call (which I didn't call but a couple of times) I could tell he was irritated. This whole experience makes me want to go somewhere else and I really don't want to, but considering it seriously. I have recommended people to go up there in the past, but now, now so sure.....Pam Eagle More
